Bravery

Sometimes bravery is doing the hard thing even though you're scared.

Sometimes bravery is listening to your body & resting & replenishing even though you have to do all the things.

Sometimes bravery is pausing to sit in stillness even though it's uncomfortable.

Sometimes bravery is saying sorry because you've hurt someone's feelings even though you had good intentions.

Sometimes bravery is getting out of bed in the morning.

Sometimes bravery is showing up with an open heart to whatever life throws your way.

Sometimes bravery is doing the deep work, admitting you don't have it all figured out, finding what you can improvein & doing the deep work.

Sometimes bravery is humbling yourself.

Sometimes bravery is finding the courage to let go of whatever's keeping you held back or upset.

Sometimes bravery is not doing anything at all.

Sometimes bravery is taking some deep breaths before responding and saying those hurtful things.

Sometimes bravery is choosing love & grace over being right.

Here's the thing I've learned about bravery. It's the ultimate shapeshifter. It rarely looks the same for two people. There's no levels of bravery. Just because some things might be easier for someone else, doesn't take away from your brace actions. Lastly, you are far braver than you give yourself credit for
