Heart Focused Breathing

This week we're going over a Heart Focused Breathing exercise I do every single morning.

The purpose is simple... to get in touch with how we want to feel on a day to day basis + then create that space for our mind/body to feel like that reality has already happened.

We're creating a new reality for ourselves based on how we want to feel.
