Class Description: The New Moon is a perfect time to pause & set intentions for the next few weeks. I'll be leading us through a 45 minute Breathwork session followed by time to set intentions for the following cycle.
Breathwork is an active meditation that helps you:
- Create space
- Release trapped emotions
- Find presence in your life
- Put your body into a healthier state. One that fosters self healing, both physically & mentally.
No experience needed. You just show up and breathe.
Equipment to bring: yoga mat and/or blanket (some people get cold during the breathing), water, journal & pen
