I’ve always struggled with meditation. I’ve known it would be a good practice both for my personality, as well as stresses of my job, but I always had more anxiety surrounding it than benefit. Typically I just sit there going through a cycle... attempt to empty my mind... overthink that my mind isn’t empty... shame myself that I’m doing it wrong... attempt empty my mind... overthink... shame. Before doing breathwork with Josh the best part of meditating was when it was time to stop meditating.
From my very first session with Josh I was shocked how I found myself meditating without even realizing it. I had never meditated for more than 10 minutes prior and always left with a sense of “I mean, that was probably good for me. Maybe.” Breathwork connected my mind, spirit and body in a profound way.
